How it works?

You may have wondered how it all works – well here is as simple explanation:

The compressor inside the air conditioning comprises of a gas which is called the refrigerant. The refrigerant has to be changed timely. This plays an important role for the air conditioning to work efficiently and be impactful.

The gas travels through the system to a condenser, as the fresh air from outside the vehicle causing the gas temperature to drop rapidly; this actually turns the gas into a liquid. Using a drier to remove any impurities it then arrives at what is known as a thermal expansion valve where the temperature of the vehicle can be managed by limiting or increasing the flow of the liquid. As the liquid passes through an evaporation process (using coils) it is then blown into the vehicle as cool air.

As the liquid has now gone back to being a gas it effectively enables the whole system to start all over again like a magic roundabout.
